T.L.M.S.L.M

The piece consists of ten (10) portraits of women. In each one of them a unique story is written that is related to the others, although in no particular order. The work talks about how the term "loneliness" can be conceived from a woman's point of view, about her state of isolation or disconnection. Her senses perceive a world as particular as it is diverse in which she is the center of the cosmos. The annulment of any of her senses always enhances the others.

Each showcase has a translucent surface on which the portrait is printed. The background shows particular elements that show the feminine universe reflected in the textures of the materials such as ornate embroidery, delicate drawings on paper or printed fabrics. Some of the pieces refer to memories represented in small vernacular photographs.
