Work in progression started in 2011 until the present. A first horizontal head portrait suggested the series to me. The myth of Salome, the recumbent head, the possible implications of sensual order, the presence of the weight of a horizontal head or the purely academic references, among which the handling of natural light stands out, raised the portrait in a different conception, which was in turn able to offer a path of exploration that I started then and that continues to suggest always new possibilities.
